Los Angeles based rock band signed to Las Vegas label the Luxe Society made a clean break earlier this year with lead singer/primary songwriter Tony Francis Rainone retaining all rights to recorded material under contract. Rainone who had secured his own individual agreement had protected all recorded material under a personal copyright.
